Most of my experience is about Product Content

In 2012 I started as the only product copywriter in the company (Yandex.Money). At first, I was working only with language — putting together some words after designers deliver their part. Step by step I expanded my responsibilities to also sharpening key points, structuring the whole pages, then building user flows — working with both information and visual details.

Then I went through building up the team of UX Writers (first as non-official Team Lead, then as official) — hiring and training people, creating guidelines, expanding our roles even more, and setting up work processes.

Now I’m leading a team of 30 Content Managers and UX Writers at Avito’s Customer Service. And for today my main joy is finding solutions. It can mean creating a piece of content, changing an element of the interface, building a new business process, or setting up a new role for the team. The joy is to catch an insight like “this is how we solve the puzzle”.
