I started as a solo UX Writer at a fintech company in 2012, and today I am the Head of Content Design with 90 people on the team.
My superpowers are empathy, self-reflection, and the ability to drive transformation — whether it's shaping ideas, redefining workflows, or influencing team culture
I am driven by the bigger picture and always aiming to expand my scope. And I strongly believe that who you are as a person deeply impacts your work and leadership.

That’s the impact our pilot Tone & Voice Agents groups achieved — after I came up with the new approach: combined the concept of how we want to appear to customers, role models, a motivational framework, and team workshops.
A new approach
to CX design
It allows us to treat customer interactions with Customer Service as an experience in itself, using CJMs and working backwards from good CX criteria.
Establishing UX Research function
This brings Customer Service teams closer to both external and internal customers, ensuring their needs directly inform decision-making.
