Speaking
I’ve spoken publicly on several occasions about the essential skills for UX Writing, the responsibility areas we should own, and the business processes that support them.
UX.txt — self-organized (2019)
With the help of my colleagues, I organized Russia’s first offline UX Writers Meetup — UX.txt. Over 350 people registered from across the country, and 100 attended in person at the company’s office. I spoke about the key skills required for the role, sharing practical advice for both product teams and UX Writers themselves.

Positive UA Content Meetup (2019)
I always thought Help Center is a part of a product. So writers should put as much effort into it as they do when working on interface elements. So my presentation focused on how we can bring Help closer to the product and users. “Interface, I need Help” — still happy with the name.
World Usability Day (2015)
An IT community in Minsk invited me to speak at a UX conference for World Usability Day. My talk explored the 'evolution' of text — how we shifted from treating web content as 'literature' to designing practical messages, and the key principles to keep in mind when creating them.
